Background
I started my career building and scaling digital agencies in Montreal. I founded Pixel Society, grew it to a 10-person team and $550K in annual revenue, then merged with altima — which was later acquired by Accenture Interactive. At Accenture, I led the marketing and growth practice, managing a team of 40 across strategy, creative, and performance marketing, delivering measurable ROI for brands like Club Med, L'Oreal US, and Intact Insurance.
Then I moved in-house. I spent four years as Director of Digital Channels at Lumen, a Sonepar company and Quebec's largest electrical distributor. I managed an $8M digital budget, a team of 8, and built the digital ecosystem that delivered four consecutive years of double-digit online sales growth. I launched mobile apps, integrated ERP and EDI and PunchOut connectors, and made digital the default way B2B customers placed orders.
That operator experience — managing P&Ls, aligning sales teams, navigating ERP integrations nobody wanted to touch — is what separates my consulting work from typical agency advice. I've sat in the chair. I know what it takes to make transformation actually stick.

The Gap I Bridge

What I Do Now
I founded Human After All to help mid-market manufacturers and distributors modernize their B2B commerce operations. My focus is the full commerce ecosystem: Shopify Plus B2B storefronts, Akeneo PIM architecture, ERP and CRM integration, email marketing automation, and the AI layer that ties it all together. I work with companies across Canada, the United States, and France. For strategic advisory, speaking, and fractional leadership, clients work with me directly. For full implementation projects, I work through the agency.
AI Is Not New to Me
I started working with AI in eCommerce in 2018, when I published my first piece on the topic for Forbes. Since then, I've deployed it in production for real business outcomes — not proofs of concept. I've implemented AI-powered product data enrichment that cut time-to-market by 40%. I use generative AI for content optimization, demand forecasting, and catalog enrichment across every PIM engagement. I build with AI-native development tools daily — using agentic coding to deliver implementations faster than traditional agencies can.
