Launched mobile ordering, ERP / EDI / PunchOut connectors, and made digital the default ordering channel for B2B buyers across Canada. Shopify Plus B2B, Akeneo PIM, $15B+ supported.
  • Goodyear North America, 2024–2025 — Akeneo PIM Lead via Publicis Sapient. Enterprise PIM for a tire-industry giant. Product data governance at the scale of North America. Data model, syndication, and the integration spine that lets a Fortune 500 catalog finally behave like one.
  • Husky Boutique, 2025–2026 — Strategy + Implementation. Shopify Plus B2B with ServiceCentre ERP integration. Wholesale, distributor reseller, retail, employee — four buyer segments, one storefront. Co-presented at RDV eCommerce Montréal with François Drainville.
  • VP seat, 2022–2025 — full P&L responsibility. Double-digit-plus B2B growth. Three-year mandate, the result that's hardest to fake — repeat orders.
