What does AI tell your B2B buyers about you?
A 90-second functional diagnostic. We ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini four real buyer questions about your company — verbatim — and score the answers across four dimensions. No signup for the headline score. The full report (verbatim transcripts + a prioritized fix list) is emailed if you want it.
How it works
- Enter your company name and domain. No signup, no credit card.
- We query the three major LLMs in parallel. Each one gets four standardized buyer questions about your company.
- We score the responses on four dimensions. Discovery, Brand Accuracy, Competitive Position, Recommendation — each 0–100.
- You see the headline score on this page. If you want the verbatim transcripts and a prioritized fix list, we email those over.
The four questions we ask every LLM
- What does [your company] do?
- Is [your company] a good fit for a B2B buyer looking for [your primary category]?
- Who are [your company]'s main competitors?
- Would you recommend [your company] for a B2B distributor looking for [your category]?
The questions are verbatim what a buyer would type into ChatGPT today before contacting you. Nothing fancy. That's the point.
The four dimensions we score
- Discovery (0–100). Did the AI know your company exists? Did it get the basic facts right — industry, geography, what you sell?
- Brand Accuracy (0–100). Did the AI describe your products, services, and positioning correctly? Or is it making things up about you?
- Competitive Position (0–100). Did your company appear when the AI listed competitors in your category? With favourable framing, or as a footnote?
- Recommendation (0–100). When a buyer asks "who should I buy from?", does the AI recommend you — or someone else?
What this check does NOT do
This is a functional read of what LLMs say about you today. It is not an SEO audit, not a rank tracker, not a website crawler, and not a substitute for the paid Commerce Operating Audit. If AI visibility is one symptom of a deeper problem — your stack, your data, your operating model — the Commerce Operating Audit is the right next step.
